Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a Smart Share Page (SSP) or related services from BBLinkz, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Terms
- All subscriptions are a 12-month commitment with monthly billing.
- Clients are required to pay for the full 12-month period.
- After the initial 12-month term, the subscription will convert to a month-to-month basis with no further commitment required.
- Cancellation: Clients must provide 30 days' notice prior to the end of the 12-month term to cancel. If canceled before the 12-month period is complete, the client is still responsible for the remaining balance for the first year.
- Pricing is guaranteed for 1 year from the start of the subscription.
2. Design and Delivery
- A Design Form must be completed by the client before the design process can begin.
- The design process typically takes up to 3 business days.
- Clients are allowed up to 2 sets of revisions to the design after the initial draft is provided.
3. BBLinks Page Features
- The BBLinkz page includes a fully designed, mobile-first web page, optimized for mobile devices.
- The page includes buttons/links of the client’s choice, such as social media links, website links, other resources, and a QR code.
- The page also includes a VCard link, share functionality, and a designed OCR image for sharing.
- BBLinkz pages will be added to Google Search Console for SEO tracking.
4. Domain Name
- The subdomain name used for the BBLinkz page can be chosen by the client, as long as the desired name string is available.
- For example, if you choose the name "mybusiness", your page will be accessible at mybusiness.bblinkz.com.
- If your desired subdomain name is unavailable, you will be asked to choose an alternative.
- This subdomain will serve as your unique URL, and it will be used for easy sharing, SEO optimization, and direct access to your Smart Share Page.
5. Payment and Subscription
- Payments for the design and subscription are due upon initiation of the service.
- Monthly subscription will be billed on a recurring basis and is subject to the pricing specified at the time of purchase.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension of the BBLinkz page and related services.
6. Additional Features and Services
Any additional features, services, or requests outside the scope of the BBLinkz package may be subject to additional charges and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to implementation.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice. If you cancel your subscription before the 12-month period, you will be responsible for the remaining balance of the subscription for the first year.
8. Liability and Warranty
- BBLinkz is not responsible for any downtime, errors, or failures that occur in the operation of your Smart Share Page due to third-party issues (e.g., hosting services, payment processors, etc.).
- The service is provided as-is, and BBLinkz makes no guarantees regarding the performance or uptime of the page.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BBLinkz harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that arise from your use of the service, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark violations, and other legal matters related to the content displayed on your Smart Share Page.
10. A2P Messaging Disclaimer
By using the services provided by BBLinkz, you acknowledge and agree that:
- BBLinkz may send you text messages (SMS) related to your subscription, including account notifications, service updates, marketing communications, and other information. These messages may be sent using Application-to-Person (A2P) technology, which enables automated text messages.
- Opt-In and Consent: By providing your phone number and accepting these terms, you consent to receive A2P messages from BBLinkz. Message frequency may vary, and you can opt-out of receiving further messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any received message.
- Standard Message and Data Rates: Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message and data rates are not the responsibility of BBLinkz.
- Compliance with Regulations: BBLinkz is committed to complying with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Guidelines, and other relevant regulations governing SMS and A2P messaging.
- Data Privacy: By opting in, you also agree to BBLinkz’s privacy policy, which outlines how your data, including phone number, is collected, used, and stored.
By purchasing any BBLinkz product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
